Other commenters mention how the tone of her voice changes when she reports on certain topics — such as failures of the Democrats. I’ve noticed that as well. Her three modes are: 1) confidence in GOP policies and actions; 2) skepticism over Dem policies and actions; and 3) muted scorn over Dem failures.
