I think it’s irrevocably stupid to add limits to first amendment freedoms because some people didn’t like something someone said on the Internet. SCOTUS shouldn’t be in the business of helping American culture learn how to get along in a new medium. The cure for bad speech is more speech, not limiting speech.
Next thing you know, they will be enjoining our ability to tell Westboro to go fuck themselves, because somebody might get their feelings hurt.
