An Egyptian father has offered his daughter to the Iraqi shoe-thrower for marriage.
Says the daughter, a 20-year-old student, “This is something that would honour me. I would like to live in Iraq, especially if I were attached to this hero.”

There are a lot of films like Seven Samurai, Das Boot, For a Few Dollars More, Grapes of Wrath, and To Kill a Mockingbird which I may have seen all or part of but that I didn’t check because I couldn’t recall.
